Can someone please tell me how to change the color of the text within the tab below?

Is it Office2007 theme ?
 
try GetPaintManager()->GetColorSet()->m_clrNormalText = ...

Thanks for the reply Oleg.  Yes, this is Office2007 theme, but this tab is not part of the ribbon.  It is part of a CXTPTabClientWnd.  Do you know how I would go about changing the text color there?
 
I am able to set the icon of the tab with this, but can't figure out how to set the text color of the tab:
 
GetParent()->SetIcon(LoadIcon(AfxGetInstanceHandle(), MAKEINTRESOURCE(IDI_OPEN_DOCUMENT)), TRUE);
