msstdfmt.dll is missing

   If I include a FlatEdit control and set the data format to number, then the PC that will use that app, will need to have the msstdfmt.dll file. If not, then the app will not work . That is my experience in vb6 apps. So, decided to include that file in my installation pack, and the problem is solved . But it is interesting that in the help file, in the Files to distribute topic, says nothing about it.
