Skins for Inno Setup 6.0.3

   For years I have always used the code instructions published on the page:

ISSkin : Customizable Skins for Inno Setup!
https://isskin.codejock.com/gettingstarted.asp

and it has always worked perfectly, now also, using InnoSetup 5.x.

but using InnoSetup 6.0.3  they don't work anymore.
I don't understand what the problem is due to. 
The project is correctly compiled and correctly executed, but the skin is not visible.

I use 
- Windows 10 - 1909
- Codejock SuitePro 16.4
- InnoSetup 6.0.3
