Resizable Task Panel Group

   Hello

I would like to know if it is possible to resize a task panel group on the fly?

What I mean is while the application is running with a task panel on the left side, I would like to hold or grab the bottom of one of the task panel group and drag it downwards so that i can change its size. 

Is this possible?
