Legend Text Oddity

   I have a simple stacked bar and line chart with a legend (hopefully shown below). I have done nothing about the formatting of the legend but the legend text 'Obs Dispersion' appears to be slightly smaller and further to the right than the almost identical 'Exp Dispersion'. Any ideas why this is happening and how I can fix it? I have checked that there is no extraneous white space preceding 'Obs'.

I am using Xtreme ToolkitPro 2012 (15.3.1) on a Windows 7 64-bit system with VS2010.
