A bug in CXTPDockingPane::AttachView

   In CXTPDockingPane::AttachView function a return value of CFrameWnd::Create call is not checked.
If creation of the frame window or its view fails for some reason AttachView tries to call ModifyStyleEx, Attach and GetDescendantWindow functions for a window that does not exist which results in asserts.
