No scrolling in CXTPPropertyGridItemEnum!

   When I have a CXTPPropertyGridItemEnum selected, I can change its selection with the arrow keys. That's great, but what about scrolling with the mouse?!

For comparison, Win+R supports this. It's really nice to be able to scroll to the next item. Can you please add this?

I know you have to support scrolling in the property grid itself, but maybe you can use VK_CONTROL to distinguish between the two types of scrolling? Or perhaps, just handle it in the item as long as it has focus?
