Different control colors maximized or restored

   The color schemes are different when the main window is maximized compared to when it is restored? Using the 2007 resource black style, the controls in the upper right corner is displayed with different foreground and background colors.

To the left the window is maximized and to the left it is restored down. Notice that the foreground color is changed, making it hard to see. I don't know if this is by design, but it looks strange.
