Report control decimal point problem

   Hello, I have a little problem with ReportControl. I use it integrated with Progress and I want to specify the format of the decimals values (decimal separator and thousand separators) in my application. Now ReportControl takes this setting from my regional settings in Windows. 
Can someone tell me how can I force my ReportControl to use a decimal point that I want, not the one specified in Control Panel?
