Assertion Error in CXTPSkinManager on XTPShutdown

   Hi, I am getting an issue when my application exits. I use CXTPWinApp:ExitInstance() to exit the instance, but at some point, it calls "AFX_INLINE CXTPObservable<Owner, Observer>::~CXTPObserver(). This was working fine in Toolkit Pro 19.0, but in 24.0,  it triggers CbtFilterHook, which cascades to an error at pSkinManager->SetHook(hWnd, szClassName, lpcs, TRUE);.

Could I get an idea as to what could be causing this?
