Howto: Patch Tab-Title for customization dialog?

   Hi,

Outlook uses different "Start" tabs for its various application sections ("Emails", "Contacts", "Tasks", ...)

In the customization dialog these "Start" Tabs have different titles to clarify this:

How can we implement this (patching the Tab-Title just for the customization dialog) with XTreme Toolkit?
