ShowPopup not work

   Using: Xtreme Command Bars ActiveX Control v15.3.1

i want to display a toolbar as a popup menu at the mouse position somewhere at my form.

i tried the command "MyCommandbar.ShowPopup" to display the toolbar as a popup but no pop menu appears.

any hints?
