Microsoft Office UI Licencing question?

   I want to use Office2007.cjstyles skin via MFC skin framework on my dialog application. I do not use any ribbon. It is like Codejock sample application. Just a dialog and few controls and child dialogs on it.

Do I need a license to use this theme from Microsoft?
