Is it possible to edit a Ribbonbar themes? In other words: Can I edit office2007aqua.dll or create my own DLL?
I'd like to make some subtle color changes.

Yes, it is possible. CodeJock offers the source code for the .DLL as well. You can get them from the toolkit evaluation or maybe Oleg can post them for you.
