I've got a couple of pane windows showing an Explorer-like tree & list view.  I have them set to autohide, which works fine most of the time.

But in some situations I need to be able to hide them completely; i.e., to hide even the tab bar.  I haven't been able to find a solution for this -- is it possible without having to close & reopen the windows each time?

Thanks for your help.

Never mind; after more experimentation & tracing the source code I found that I can do it with ClosePane() and ShowPane().  (The names are a bit misleading; I assumed at first glance that ClosePane() would kill the window.)

Anyway, it's working great now!
