When using skins I am sometimes getting blue lines drawn on my toolbars ahen the view is activated (see below).
As soon as I press Alt the bar is removed except when drawn over disabled controls. Am I missing a CommandBars flag / setting / something?

Hi,
Sorry - I don't know how to reproduce this 100%.
The colour is not the same as the colour of the frame (see below) it is always blue - the colour selected in XP and used for inactive frames, also I am sure it's not me causing this as it's two different views - one CView where i draw everything, the other based on your IE sample. If I don't use skinning then it's OK.
The line is drawn when the maximised frame becomes active and the view is drawn for the first time after the activation. As long as the frame remains active it is never redrawn, resizing the whole application causes the toolbar to be redrawn (as expected) and the line is no longer shown.
It is also drawn when a maximised frame is active and I select Cascade from the Window menu. If the frame is not the active frame and I select Cascade then it is not drawn. |

Bit more info - I have 5 doc/views and this only happens on two of them, this evening I will try to find out where the difference lies - maybe something different in the OnCreate() member of the frame..
I can provide any source, the whole is very massive though. |
