BUG: Dropdowns on commandbar popup buttons

   There seems to be a bug with dropdown controls, on a commandbar popup custom control:

1. Put a control such as a date picker in a picturebox
2. Position the date picker at the bottom of the picturebox
3. Use the picturebox as a custom control, for a commandbar popup button
4. Run the test application
5. Click the commandbar button, to popup the picture box
6. Click the dropdown on the date picker, so that some or all of the calendar falls outside the picture box
7. BUG: Clicking any part of the datepicker that is outside the picture box... closes the popup.
