PropertyItemEnumFlags Item as a Child

I added a top level category of which I then added a Child item. This child item is of the type PropertyItemEnumFlags. All works fine except that the child item is postioned not indented below its parent item but instead is set at the same left value as the parent item. This provides the *appearance* that the child item is NOT actually a child item at all --when in fact is. If I collaspe the parent item the child item is folded beneath it. How do I get the child item to be indented below the parent item? Here is the code I used:
