PaintManager.ShowNonActiveInPlaceButton & DropDown

Hi,

We are using the ActiveX components with VB6 and have just installed 
the latest release (16.2.3).

The 
ReportControl.PaintManager.ShowNonActiveInPlaceButton = True property does not 
seem to be working anymore - InPlace buttons are only visible now when the user 
selects the ReportControl Item, but we would like these buttons to be visible 
all the time (ShowNonActiveInPlaceButton = True worked perfectly with the 15.3.1 
release).

Also, for the ReportControl item constraints in the DropDown 
list, is there a way of setting the number of visible DropDown items before the 
scrollbar appears - it seems to be set at 10 by default. Something like the 
DropDownItemCount property of the ComboBox control.
