Icons in MDI windows

   I have an application that I want to apply skin to the mdi child windows.With the skin manager I have icons in the caption bar, but they are not drawn when I apply skin on the window. In the picture below I have two windows that are original (with blue) and two windows with skin applied. Without skin these two also have icons in the caption bar.

How do I get to show the icons when using skin?
