Can I drop onto the LHS of task panel?

   I am desiging a UI following the Toolbox sample in the task panel. I would like to display a pane with items on the right side that can be dragged over the left side to produce new items. If you have the toolbox sample, imagine going to the Drag and Drop pane and dragging the wastebasket to the left and dropping it onto the PropertyPanes item. Opening that would show a new Wastebasket item under the Pointer item we already see there. 

Possible? Should be. Those panes act as drag sources, so they should be drop targets too. 

Just checking.
