Skin enable/disable hides lines in CTreeCtrl

   Hi,

Enabling and then disabling skinning in our application hides the lines in tree controls. Spy++ shows the appropriate tree styles are still set on the tree, but they simply aren't drawn anymore.

This is against 11.2.2 and 12.0.0 of the toolkit, but since the release notes suggest no changes were made in that area I'm assuming 13.0.0 also shows this problem.

Any ideas?
