Even the Ribbon icon images are set to not scale with high DPI, the corresponding tool tip image is.
Please do not scale the tool tip images when Ribbon images are set to not scale, or make it selectable. -cpede

Hello cpede,
CXTPToolTipContext is independed from XTP CommandBars that is why can't be dependent of SetDPIScallingOptions(). We have added new methods CXTPToolTipContext::EnableImageDPIScaling and IsImageDPIScalingEnabled (ImageDPIScaling in ActiveX) to manage this option. Improving will be available in next release. As hotfix you can delete highlighted XTP_DPI macros in methods:
