Simple Question !

   I recently installed Tooolkit Pro on Vc++ 2010 and read some examples but first i need to know how can i declare and use controls?

There is no simple help or simple syntax that explain step by step how can i define and use CXTPBUTTON for example?

What header and where should we define and use for stating project and use some codejock controls?What file should i include?

I read document file but i confused.

Please help me about learning of how can i use Toolkit pro .
