How to set a handler for a hyperlink click event

   I am using c# and have a xaml like this:

	xmlns='http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml/presentation'
	xmlns:x='http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml' Padding="5" BorderThickness="1,1,1,1" BorderBrush="#FF8A9596" >
	<ScrollViewer HorizontalAlignment="Stretch" VerticalAlignment="Stretch" HorizontalScrollBarVisibility="Auto" VerticalScrollBarVisibility="Auto" >
		<StackPanel x:Name='ReferenceList' Orientation='Vertical'>
			<TextBlock>
				<Hyperlink Cursor='Hand' Tag='https://pc12345.test.com:50025/showID/?key=12345' Click='HyperlinkClicked'>Attachment 1</Hyperlink>
			</TextBlock>
		</StackPanel>
	</ScrollViewer>
</Border>
I have no form around. I just read the xaml into a MarkupLabel.
How can I set with context.SetHandler the HyperlinkClicked function or at least how can I debug into ocx to see what it is doing there?

Hint: With the MarkupPad Example it is working as I want but MarkupPad has a Form around....
I am showing the xaml in an external application  like Deplhi via Ole application interface.
