I'm using the trial version of Xtreme SuitePro ActiveX v22.0.0 in order to evaluate the possibility of taking advantage of WebView2 support of "Xtreme WebBrowser Control" in our software. Alas, changing the ProviderType from xtpWebBrowserProviderShellExplorer to xtpWebBrowserProviderWebView2 does not work: the combobox shows the two values, but selecting WebView2 is not accepted -- neither in an Visual Studio MFC project, nor in an WinForms project or in an Excel (VBA) user form. Is this a bug or what am I doing wrong?

This FAQ article provides answers to common questions related to the WebBrowser control, including those related to provider availability - https://codejock.com/support/articles/common/web-browser-control.asp.
Please also check it in Codejock samples and if it works as expected in the samples then review sample source code and use it as an example, otherwise please submit a support ticket with a reference to this forum thread and provide details and steps taken. Hopefully you'll find this information helpful. Regards, Alexander
