seems to a "behaviour change" in v17.3

   There seems to be a "behaviour change" in this 17.3 build.

Earlier when I just set the control theme like this:
chkEncrypt.SetTheme(CONTROL_THEME);

Everything was working nicely as it should.

Now, for certain controls like combo boxes and check boxes (at least) I need to make another call to actually get the control look like it should:
chkEncrypt.SetUseVisualStyle(TRUE); 

Is this a bug or feature? I would consider this as a bug.
