Crash in CXTPSkinObjectFrame::TrackCaptionButton

   If a window is destroyed while the close button is being held down (could be from a timer, could be from right clicking on the X button while holding the left mouse button down) then CXTPSkinObjectFrame::TrackCaptionButton will call RedrawFrame and RedrawFrame will throw an uncaught CResourceException when it tries to construct a CWindowDC with an invalid window handle
