Scrollable Charts, the hand cursor and Tooltips

   Hi,
I have a Line chart with Markers that I need to make scrollable. I managed to that quite easily using the ViewRange properties. This line chart also has markers and I set the ToolTip on each point so that the users can learn the value of the point the usual way.

The problem is that since the chart is scollable the cursor is a hand and it is quite difficult to know the exact place where the mouse should be to make the ToolTip appear. As far as I can see I cannot change the cursor back to a pointer while the chart is in this mode. Maybe this feature can be added in a future version? 

As it is I will have to roll my own scroll outside the chart which will not look as good as yours.
