rand icons on dynamic menu items v18.3

   We just migrated our Ribbonbar from v17.3 to v18.3, but are experiencing quite some issues.

- SetOfficeSetBackImage doesn't work anymore
- Dynamically created menu items show random icons
- When first started (or when a modal panel is active), the ribbonbar shows a gray area. When you click on the bar it disappears

Have others seen this as well?

	Two of the problems are solved. (SetOfficeBackImage and the gray area). That was my mistake: The program used the Office DLL's of version 17.3 instead of 18.3. When I replaced them, those problems were solved. The only thing that remains are the random icons. I have to do some digging for that one..
