It seems that when using the SetVisible on a series, the data is excluded from the graph. A side effect from this is that the scaling (auto scaling) of the graph changes.
 
It would be nice if two different options existed: hide or exclude.
When a series is set to SetVisible(FALSE) it should only be hidden, but the graph should act as if the data was displayed, e.g. not change the ranges etc.
Then a new command SetExclude could then remove the data from the graph changing e.g. the ranges etc.
