Ribbon not displaying after upgrade

   Thanks for reading, 
An app works fine using CodeJock ActiveX 15.3 with various controls but in this case specifically CommandBars. 

When upgraded to 16.3 - buttons and controls are missing and the ribbon area is just black.

No code changes at all, just from 15.3 to 16.3

Images attached. 

Would appreciate any help on this.
