Create TAB from ChildForm in MDI

   Dears, I need Create one additional TAB in Commandbar RibbonBar for each formChild in my project, i create this from MDI without problems, but when i try to create this directly from Childform, the TAB not show in the MDI RibbonBar.... 
How can I create a TAB from a ChildForm in the existing RibbonBar in the MDI
