From v15 to v16 CommandBar is missing graphics

   An app that works fine using CodeJock 15.3 various controls but in this case specifically CommandBars I think - when upgraded to 16.3 - buttons and controls are missing and the top bar is just black.
No code changes at all, just from 15.3 to 16.3

Images attached. 

Would appreciate any help on this.
