ASSERT(pImage) failed!

Hi

I'm trying to add a ribbon to a dialog. If the dialog is an exe application, it works well. But if it's a dll, it will debug assertion failed at  xtpribbontheme.cpp, Ln1236, and display black.

Please help me if anyone have any idea about it.
