(Bug report) Crash with VisualStudio2012 theme

   Crashes when clicking on a report view item containing a combobox because the combobox is NULL when the theme is VisualStudio2012.
I have an already modified fix, if I remember well the following lines are missing at the beginning of each function:

#ifdef _XTP_INCLUDE_CONTROLS
	CXTPReportPaintManager::RefreshMetrics();
#endif
