How to skin a CXTPDialogBar

   Hi everybody,
I have a problem when I use CXTPDialogBar, 
the skin does not apply to the caption bar of the CXTPDialogBar.
I have the captionName , the gripper and the uggly close button,
but if i use an MFC-CDialogBar the skin is ok.
in the screenshot below the left side is an MFC-CDialogBar and the right side an CXTPDialogBar.

Can someone help me?
