A lot of the posts in these forums are simply asking the question "how do I...."

As you take the trouble to answer these questions why dont you also summerise them and put them into a FAQ section in the Knowledgebase for us.

This would help new users get started and save time for those of us who already use them and have simply forgotten how to do something in particular.

I hope this feedback helps you enhance your user support system.

ps I suspect that v10 is to be released any time now so heading up the forums with a post telling us that the documentation for v8.70 has been released is a little bit silly.

pps I think it is good how you have given notice of what is coming in the next release ie the calendar/datepicker. I hope you continue to do this for coming releases.

I just can agree ! A "How To..." section in the knowledgebase or in the tutorial would make a developers life much more easier !!!
And please update your release plans and let us know if calender/datepicker will be in the next ( v10 ? ) release and what you plan for the next releases ...
