PopupControl WM_PAINT message

Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version Translate Topic

   When I create a popup control I don't receive WM_PAINT message anymore on the parent window (m_hWnd below).  Can anyone tell me what causes such behaviors ?  (I use WTL)

    if (!SUCCEEDED(AtlAxCreateControlEx(
        OLESTR("Codejock.PopupControl.10.4"),
        m_hWnd,
        NULL,
        NULL,
        &spIUnknown,
        __uuidof(_DPopupControlEvents), NULL)))
    {
        MessageBox(_T("Create Control Codejock.PopupControl failed!"));
        return FALSE;
    }

	Hi, After you call it, WTL create ActiveX to all size of frame. Just create another window for popupcontrol.
