doubt regarding InitCommandBars() function

   Hi,

In my application I'm destroying and creating controls(including toolbars,menu bars) dynamically.
Do I need to call InitCommandBars() function before recreating the new menu and toolbars ?
One more thing:
Does RemoveAll() function of commandbars class removes the controls from the commandbars or the command bar it self ?
