Half Screen with CodeJock on Vista

We are using 12.0.2

We have four applications.

Three of them do not use the Codejock software; they open perfectly and whole screen on Windows Vista on a Laptop and a Notebook.

However� the fourth application (which has CodeJock) opened only half screen to the left side.

The only possible solution on THIS computer (haven�t tried others) is to downgrade the resolution to color 16 Bit; on 32 Bit will open half screen.

We are positive that what is affecting the resolution; due to our tests are the Codejock software.

Any suggestion?
