After use PECompact,skins is part valid

   After use PECompact to compact ToolkitPro1200vc71U.dll,skins is only valid to the caption bar.Not work for menu, Toolbar

	I believe PECompact changes the import table in the DLL, which must be intact for the skin framework. PECompact may have an option to leave the import table alone (a similar program I used to use did).
