Is it possible to set Markup Data into a row or a cell of the ReportControl?

Yes, you can set the EnableMarkup property to True, and then set the Caption property of any ReportRecordItem to a markup string. So something like:

Private Sub Form_Load()
   With Me.ReportControl1
      .EnableMarkup = True

      .Columns.Add 0, "Test", 100, True

      With .Records.Add
         With .AddItem("Something")
            .Caption = "<TextBlock><Bold>" & Left$(.Value, 1) & "</Bold> - " & .Value & "</TextBlock>"
         End With
      End With

      .Populate
   End With
End Sub
