Using VS2008 & Vista SP1
I selected static & dynamic MFC, Unicode only, and x32 and x64. The installer built the 32-bit dlls, and then failed with this error:
Microsoft (R) Visual Studio Version 9.0.21022.8.
Copyright (C) Microsoft Corp. All rights reserved. Invalid solution configuration
Use:
devenv [solutionfile | projectfile | anyfile.ext] [switches] followed by a dump of the devenv options. The installer then prompted to "press any key to continue", when I did it terminated the builds and started copying the AppWizard files.
I tried restarting the wizard, selecting only x64, static library with static MFC, and Unicode, and it failed immediately with the same error.

Hi,
Maybe you don't have x64 libraries for Visual Studio ? Try open toolkit worksapce in IDE and build manually without Wizard.
