Hi,
I have added a custom control ( a picturebox set to flat with some other controls in it) to the commandbar. If I want to hide this control it leaves a white patch where it once was visible and does not shrink either. If I do the same process for a standard commandbar control this does not happen.
Any ideas?

put the control in a picture box, then use the picture box handle when building the command bar item.
