Is there a way to add buttons (or other controls) to a xtpControlSplitButtonPopup control in the Quick Access bar? I've tried:
To try and get Print Setup to attach to the combo portion of the Print command, but it gets added to the area below the quick access bar instead of to the popup menu. Thanks in advance. |

Hi,
try
Set objQA = mobjRibbonBar.QuickAccessControls.Add(xtpControlSplitButtonPopup, CMD_Print, "Print")
objQA.CommandBar.Controls.Add xtpControlButton, CMD_PrintSetup, "Print Setup" |

Hi Oleg,
Thanks, I was just about to come back and post that I found this, so sorry for wasting your time. The reason I didn't find this earlier is that for some reason the CommandBar property is not showing up in the Intellisense list for the CommandBarControl object. I figured I would try it anyway since it was in your sample, and it worked...is this something you can verify on your end (if not, I guess something is just misconfigured on my end). |
