Hey,
I seem to be having a problem with the tab workspace, this is what happens: The rectangle isnt really positioned the, see picutre below: The rectangle will go to its correct postion if i resize the form or change to another tab and back again, i have also confirmed it does this in the codejock samples.. Could someone please let me know how to resolve this problem.. Im using VB.NET 2008 & Suite 12.1.1. Thanks |

Hi,
I tried the MDI sample, in vb.net. To reproduce the produce the problem, just change the following:
and UNDOCK the textbox on the mdi child form. You will then see this: I did find the solution to the problem and it is the following: Change the MDI Childs forms 'FormBorderStyle' to Sizable. That has fixed the problem. What do you thing oleg? Cheers, Nick |

Ok try this, I have created to different directories, 'problem' & 'resolved'. If you run the problem project and open a new document, 'just one document', it will work ok, but opening a new tab will cause the undocked textbox on the child form to cut its top off above the workspace tabs. The 'resolved' project is essentially the same i, i just changed the child forms boder style to sizable, which seems to fix the problem. Let me know if you can produce it now. Cheers, Nick |

Hi,
Thanks, I see now. Will check what can be done. But think you just can change Borderstyle in your application too. in case user restore MDI Child.
