How to change icon size to 16x16 pixels when add t

   Hi,  I am currently using codejock 12.1 with VB 6.  I have some 32x32 pixels icon on the ribbon bar, when I tried to add quick access tool bar, they didn't change to 16x16 pixels, how can I change these icon to small size?

	Just add 16x16 version in ImagManager.

	I have added the 16x16 icon in the image manager, but still does not work. Forgot to mention, I used the XML file to Define icon size in the Ribbon bar, here is the screen shot.
