focus problem

   hi,

when using commandbars on several forms a strange problem occurs.
it's like this:

- with Form1: anything works nice
- now i'm opening form2, closing it again
- now on Form1, controls start losing focus all the time! 
i'm having eg. an editor window and several buttons - when using cursor keys - instead of moving inside the editor - the focus jumps out and sets on the buttons :/

i've tried several things like turning ALL tabstops off but didnt help. seems like a bug to me - any workaround?
