Drawing groups in Scenic Theme

   Should the scenic theme draw groups as shown below(left) when the ContextColor is applied on the tab?

To populate the above, just apply scenic theme on a tab that has contextColor turned on. 

P/S: White theme is correct. Well i dont have windows 7, to test whether its a windows version thing.
